  • This bender is one of the best for all metals - Copper, Aluminum and especially Stainless Steel. Stainless steel tubing requires the least maintenance and the finish can be easily brushed or polished, but it is the hardest tubing to bend. If you purchase a cheap tubing bender, chances are it will crack and break while using it on Stainless. This tube bender was made tough to do the job right and to last. DON'T BUY INFERIOR TOOLS!   • This is the same TUBE CUTTER that we use here on all of our installs. This cutter comes with one stainless steel cutting wheel already installed as well as 1 extra stainless steel cutting wheel conveniently stored inside the handle. It also includes 2 additional cutting wheels that are great for cutting COPPER and ALUMINUM tubing (just don’t try and cut stainless steel with them). Cuts tubing from 1/8” – 1-1/8” OD. Don’t waste your money on any other cutter. Most tube cutters on the market are for soft metals (copper, steel, brass, etc.) and will start to chip the cutting wheel as soon as you try to cut stainless steel. DON'T BUY INFERIOR TOOLS! PLEASE BE WARNED!!!

Looking to hard line your air system?  Then you are going to need 4 things:  

1.  3/8” STAINLESS STEEL hard line. (CLICK HERE)

2.  A tube cutter that has the capability to cut STAINLESS STEEL tubing. (CLICK HERE)

3.  A deburring tool capable of cleaning up both inner and outer diameter of the tubing.  (CLICK HERE)

4.  A heavy duty tubing bender than is capable of bending 3/8” STAINLESS STEEL tubing.  (CLICK HERE)

 

Well you’re in luck!  AVS has all 4 of these parts in one kit!  These are the same tools we use on all of our installs.  DON'T BUY INFERIOR TOOLS!  PLEASE BE WARNED!!!  Stainless steel is VERY HARD and will break inferior tools or tools that were only made to bend soft copper and aluminum tubing.


This kit has everything you need to get started doing your own hard lines. Includes Tubing bender, Tubing cutter, Deburring tool (inside and outside) and 20' of stainless steel tubing (240-inches to be exact - cut down to 5 x sticks at 48-inches each).
