This is a one-off fully customized designed AVS/EVOLVE tray air management system. We like to call it "Purple Rain". Everything has been powder coated Prismatic Illusion Purple. Installed with aluminum hard lines, custom VIAIR dress-up powder coated kits we offer, AVS MV4C valve manifold customized and built with "Purple Rain" logo front plate with backer plates. Steel AVS/EVOLVE tray system powder coated with aluminum backer plate. VIAIR 485C chrome compressors with 165-200psi pressure switch, (2) AVS 3/8" water traps- powder coated using all push-to-connect nickel plated fittings. Adjustable slow down filter/mufflers on both ends of valve manifold. EVOLVE billet aluminum tank clamp system with stainless steel hardware and aluminum spacers for mounting to air tank.

So you'd like AVS to build your air kit for you, but you don't want to drive 200 to 2,000 miles? NO PROBLEM! Our fully assembled trays are our solution to this. We carefully match the best products and fully install them on to one of our killer AVS Air Management Trays. All of the plumbing is complete, as well as leak tested before it leaves our facility. All you have to do is insert your 4 air lines from your bags into the fittings on the back of the set up. YES, it's that simple! All of the electrical connections are also done. All you need to do is make 3 connections to your ride - +12v and -12v at the battery, and +12v to a switched accessory circuit (wipers, radio, etc.) on your fuse box, with the included fuse tap.
RECAP:
To install this kit, set the tray in your trunk, then run 4 air lines to your bags and 3 connections to your electrical system. THAT'S IT!!! We've done all of the hard work at our facility for you. Now, you can keep your sanity until your IKEA furniture order comes in ;)

By using one of our AVS trays, we saved your ride from receiving 16 holes, not too mention a few broken Harbor Freight drill bits. Plus, you don't need your friend to go underneath your ride and hold the nuts with a wrench while you tighten everything down from above.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Custom designed "Purple Rain" logo multi-layered plates, using stainless hardware.
- AVS/EVOLVE Air Management Tray. This tray is laser cut from a solid steel sheet, then powder coated gloss Illusion Purple aka Purple Rain. Includes billet and stainless steel hardware.
- EVOLVE billet aluminum tank clamp system with powder coated plates and aluminum hardware
- Various add-ons: aluminum brushed tray backer panel; aluminum stainless steel air lines; bulkhead fittings.
- AVS MV4C 3/8" Valve Manifold. This includes a wired manifold valve with internal ECU and all wire harnesses.
- Viair 485C Platinum 200-PSI GEN II Air Compressors.
- AVS 5-gallon brushed aluminum air tank, inline 5-port. Dimensions: 36" L x 6" H x 7.5" W.
- AVS ARC-9C controller- Purple
- AVS 3/8" purple powder coated water traps with drain fitting.
- AVS 2nd compressor wiring harness.
- 60ft of 3/8" DOT approved air line.
