THESE ARE BUILT TO ORDER, SO PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION.
So you'd like AVS to build your air kit for you, but you don't want to drive 200 to 2,000 miles? NO PROBLEM! Our fully assembled trays are our solution to this. We carefully match the best products and fully install them on to one of our killer AVS Air Management Trays. All of the plumbing is complete, as well as leak tested before it leaves our facility. All you have to do is insert your 4 air lines from your bags into the fittings on the back of the set up. YES, it's that simple! All of the electrical connections are also done. All you need to do is make 3 connections to your ride - +12v and -12v at the battery, and +12v to a switched accessory circuit (wipers, radio, etc.) on your fuse box, with the included fuse tap.

To install this kit, set the tray in your trunk, then run 4 air lines to your bags and 3 connections to your electrical system. THAT'S IT!!! We've done all of the hard work at our facility for you. Now, you can keep your sanity until your IKEA furniture order comes in ;)

By using one of our AVS trays, we saved your ride from receiving 16 holes, not too mention a few broken Harbor Freight drill bits. Plus, you don't need your friend to go underneath your ride and hold the nuts with a wrench while you tighten everything down from above.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- AVS Air Management Tray. This tray is laser cut from a solid steel sheet, then powder coated gloss black. Includes billet and stainless steel hardware.
- Various add-ons: tray backer panel; Carbon Fiber Hex vinyl wrap (faux); mesh sleeved air lines; 6-gang rear billet plate with bulkhead fittings.
- Air Lift 3P 3/8" System (can be upgraded to a 3H system). This includes a wired digital remote, manifold valve with internal ECU and all wire harnesses.
- Viair 425C Stealth Black 175-PSI GEN II Air Compressors.
- AVS 5-gallon, inline 6-port, aluminum air tank w/hidden drain.
- AVS 3/8" water trap with drain fitting.
- AVS 2nd compressor wiring harness.
- 60ft of 3/8" DOT approved air line.
- Air line cutting tool.
- Nickel plated brass push to connect fittings.
- Nickel plated brass pipe fittings.
- Custom built crate for shipping.
