RETURNS POLICY

All sheet metal products are foundations only, and may need to be modified for a proper fit. Take precautions as all sheet metal and steel parts may have razor sharp edges. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Under no circumstance, will any product that has been modified or abused (e.G. Cut, painted, bent, cracked, sanded, etc.) be exchanged or credited. Test fit parts before modifying!

Under certain circumstances that AVS authorizes a product return, a 30% restocking fee will apply and only store credit will be given. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If an item that has “FREE SHIPPING” is returned, we will give you store credit minus the original shipping cost that we incurred.

All items are assumed to have no warranty unless specified otherwise. All warranties are manufacture warranties only. All orders are double checked for accuracy and quantities prior to shipping, so if there is any discrepancies, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery and you must keep all boxes and packaging material!!! All non-AVS brand products are considered "special ordered items", therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. All orders are shipped prepaid only.

Parts Missing? Damaged?

If you receive your order with parts missing or the package/product is damaged, please take the following steps to ensure your eligibility for a replacement:

#1. If the delivery driver is still present, have him report on his/her computer that the package is damaged/shorted.

#2. DO NOT throw away anything!  Boxes, packing material, etc.  Save it all just in case a UPS rep needs to come out and inspect it.

#3. You must call and notify us within 24 hours if a part is missing or damaged, in order for a claim to be filed. (559) 486-5444 Mon-Fri 8-5pm PST.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping damage is not a “warranty issue”.  Items that are damaged in shipping do not have a valid warranty, and a damage claim must be filed within 24 hours to be eligible to receive a replacement.


SHIPPING


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. 

International customers: AVS is not responsible for any taxes and duty charges. These fees are from your government not AVS. All orders are double checked for accuracy and quantities prior to shipping, so if there is any discrepancies, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery and you must keep all boxes and packaging material!!! All orders are shipped prepaid only. Shipping carriers will vary (UPS, DHL, USPS or freight).

 

Shipping FAQ:

Q) Would there be any shipping delays during the holiday season?

A) Yes packages that normally take one to two days to get to their destination can take a day or two longer.

 

Q) What day would be a last day to ship regular ground to try to get my package before Christmas?

A) If you are ordering outside California after the 14th I would strongly suggest you doing 1,2, or 3 day air that way UPS guarantees it before Christmas

 

Q) What is my cut off time to get orders out the same day?

A) All orders placed before 11AM usually go out that same day due to the holiday season all order ship within 48 hours.
